Hi Guys,Rediff has put up their list of the 10 ‘Worst Bollywood Movies of the year 2011′. Have a look at them and let me know what you think about it.

Thank You – Akshay Kumar film directed by Anees Bazmee

Ready – Another Anees Bazmee film starring Salman Khan and Asin. Ready was one of the biggest hits of 2011

Game – Released a day before India won the World Cup final, not many know that this Abhishek Bachhcan film even released!

Rascals – David Dhawan directed film starring Ajay Devgan and Sanjay Dutt. Even with a dependable star cast, Rascals bombed at the box-office.

7 Khoon Maaf – Directed by Vishal Bharadwaj, the film promised a lot but disappointed. Disaster.

Desi Boyz – Apart from the climax, we found Desi Boyz to be quite entertaining. Definitely not the worst movie of 2011, but Rediff doesn’t agree!

Not A Love Story – Which film was Ram Gopal Varma’s last hit? Not a love story was appreciated by a few critics, but didn’t get a face saving opening at the box office, like every other RGV film.

Mausam – One of the biggest disappointments of the year, the father-son duo of Shahid and Pankaj Kapur failed to deliver, big time!

Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Ji – Again, we found this film to be entertaining in parts.

Don 2 – Well, what do we say about this? Ra One doesn’t find a mention, but if it was meant to be a countdown, Don 2 tops the list of Worst Bollywood Movies of 2011. We absolutely loved the film, first time on 2D and second watch on 3D!

Do post your list of the Worst Bollywood Movies of 2011. Please be honest.

Hi Friends, Here is the most honest Bollywood movie reviews. I have collected all the reviews from the web and I am just writing all of them here so you can better way judget the film Don 2.

Don 2 Movie Review

Ratings:3.5/5 Reviewer:Taran Adarsh Site:BollywoodHungama

When viewed in isolation, DON 2 looks like the right package to woo the movie-going junta — SRK in top form, a stylishly crafted story, pulsating and invigorating action and stunts. But it’s not without its share of hiccups. In fact, the first hour and the post-interval portions of the film are akin to the two sides of the same coin. The first hour is bland, the second is energetic. The first hour is deficient in thrills, the second keeps you on the edge. in DON 2, the lines are in sync with the various guises and situations of the Don. The dialogue are masterly and the flamboyance with which SRK delivers the lines is what makes it exceptional. On the whole, DON 2 rides on star power and brand value. The film has a bland first hour, but the second half takes the film to another level.

Ratings:4/5 Reviewer:Nikhat Kazmi Site:Times of India

Don 2 is a classic action/crime thriller that doesn’t let go, even for a moment. More importantly, the plot has been finely crafted, with every twist and turn falling into place like a complicated albeit neat little jigsaw. The high point of Don 2 is Shah Rukh’s delineation of the character of the Don. The actor interprets him as an arrogant, agile, wicked and wild dare-devil who has the most bizarre schemes up his sleeves. But that’s not all. He also has the chutzpah to carry them through. Action is the other alluring selling point of Farhan Akhtar’s film. The chases, the fights, the demolition, destruction, break-ins, escapes have all been done with a finesse that rivals the best of Hollywood.Don 2 does lack a bit on the emotional quotient and human relationships are hardly given a chance to grow.A word about the dialogues: brilliant. A word about the music: mediocre

Ratings:2.5/5 Reviewer:Aseem Chhabra Site:Rediff

Akhtar is definitely one of the smartest filmmakers in Bollywood, but this time he presents us a story, plot and script that is dull, almost boring. When we are not seeing SRK’s swagger, or hearing the hip upbeat background score , Don 2 starts to lose steam. For an action film with the central plot setting us up for a robbery inside a major bank, the film’s pacing is very slow. Coupled with that, the script explains everything to us step-by-stepFor a suspense thriller, Don 2 has no edge-of-the-seat moments, despite a decent car chase sequence and a scene when Don jumps off a tall building in Berlin. As I sat through Don 2 — a wannabe MI4, I was breathing too heavily, frustrated at the slow moving film.

Ratings:3/5 Reviewer:Aniruddha Guha Site:DNA

In Don 2, Akhtar manages to blend elements from various H’wood films, mostlyOcean’s Eleven and Die Hard, with a bit of Mission Impossible thrown in. This is our answer to Hollywood – a rehash of what they’ve done already. No points for originality. No points for writing either. If Akhtar’s film lulls you to sleep initially, in spite of some slick editing, it’s because the writing. What keeps Don 2 alive, then, is its pulsating action. It helps the pace quicken as the film progresses, including a thrilling chase sequence and a wonderfully choreographed-and-shot pre-climax sequence.Watch Don 2 for some kick-ass action. And Shah Rukh Khan.

Ratings:3/5 Reviewer:Daily Bhaskar Site:Dainik Bhaskar

Shah Rukh Khan compels one to leave the bitter memories of Ra. One behind and experience an exhilarating ride with Don 2. Hollywood style crisp action sequences and different avatars of SRK, prisoner and eventually ultra-classy Don keep the spectator busy. The story picks up pace in the post interval portions with tremendous suspense value related to Kunal Kapoor. Shah Rukh Khan, direction, cinematography, dialogues and editing are the strong points. Lack of songs subtracting down the Bollywood masala element from the film which was prevalent in Don, sluggish screenplay in first half are the weak points. On the whole, Don 2 is a perfect combination of style with substance. Definitely a one-time watch for one and all and treat for SRK fans.

Ratings:3.5/5 Reviewer:SuperGoodMovies Site:SuperGoodMovies

Shah Rukh plays a baddie after a long span in his career and adds charisma to Don. But the actual hero of the film is Farhan Akhtar who seems absolutely sure of what he is looking at. He makes the actors perform, the technicalities sound and has put soul into the film. Don 2, is different and shuts all of them up who compared Don with the Big B starrer. The action stunts picturized should be commended with some must-watch breath-taking sequences. Editing is crisp but the romantic angle added could be explored more for commercial reasons. Farhan Akhtar’s direction is great,A must watch for action buffs.

I have seen the movie, and personal rating would be 3/5. Let me know what you guys think about it??
