Miss Venezuela Stefania Fernandez Is the Miss Universe 2009.
Miss Venezuela Stefania Fernandez, has been crowned the winner of Miss Universe 2009 on Sunday at Atlantis on Paradise Island in the Bahamas .The 18-year-old lady beats 4 big finalists, who are from Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Kosovo, and Australia.The five contestants in the final round, selected from 84 candidates worldwide, competed for the crown at a grand show in which American singer and TV artist Heidi Montag performed live.
